Damaged or defective items

Please contact Peffercorn Athletics through our Contact page (https://peffercornathletics.com/pages/contact) within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect. Include your order number and a description of the problem. Keep clear photos of the item and packaging; we may ask you to share them during our review.

For confirmed damage or a manufacturing defect, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional charge or a refund for the affected item. You won’t need to return the damaged or defective item.

Size, color and change-of-mind returns

Except where required by applicable consumer law, we do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size or color.

Please contact us before sending anything back. The address on your package is not an authorization to return your order.

This policy, including the 14-day reporting window, does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
